Stocks Pick for March 2021

Last week, a drop in the market created a short term opportunity for value investors. I don’t bother to time the market but I always take profit and raise some cash during good market days to buy during the dip. Once you learn how to sell when everyone is buying and what to buy when everyone is selling, then with your patience and discipline, you become a value investor. The most important thing is education and discipline. Learn about the company you are buying and hold it for at least 1-2 years. I usually buy with the intention to hold for at least 3 years but I try to take profit when the stock has had a good run. I take a loss only when there is a something fundamentally wrong with the company or a potential lawsuit.

TTCF: Tattooed Chef, Inc., a plant-based food company, produces and sells a portfolio of frozen foods. It supplies plant-based products to retailers in the United States. The company primarily offers products, such as ready-to-cook bowls, zucchini spirals, riced cauliflower, acai and smoothie bowls, and cauliflower crust pizza.

REKR: Rekor Systems, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides vehicle identification and management systems based on artificial intelligence in the United States, Canada, and internationally. Stock has grown almost 280% in 1 year can be a very attractive stock to own with any dip.

CRNC: Cerence Inc. provides AI-powered assistants and innovations for connected and autonomous vehicles It offers edge software components; cloud-connected components; toolkits; applications; and virtual assistant coexistence and professional services. The company also provides conversational artificial intelligence, including voice recognition, natural language understanding, and artificial intelligence services.

The Architecture & Software segment offers a portfolio of automation and information platforms, including hardware and software.

U: Unity Software, Inc. provides software to create, run and monetize interactive, real-time 2-D and 3-D content for mobile phones, tablets, PCs, consoles, and augmented and virtual reality devices. It seems that Unity’s management team is aggressively going after non-gaming segments such as retailers and designers. Volkswagen AG VOW, 0.67% has recently used Unity’s Forma app to design a virtual e-commerce 3D showroom.

MP: I have previously recommended this stock due to the boom in EV and lithium battery demand in future. MP Materials Corp. owns and operates integrated rare earth mining and processing facilities. It owns and operates the Mountain Pass facility located in the Western Hemisphere. It can be a very attractive stock to own on any pull back.

PACB: Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. is a biotechnology company. This is another stock I have recommended before. I have invested in this Genomic sciences sector with an intention to hold it for a long time. The company develops sequencing systems to assist in resolving genetically complex problems. Its sequencing systems provide access to a wide range of applications and are designed for expandable improvements to performance capability.

CRSR: Corsair Gaming, Inc. designs and supplies hardware components for personal computers. Logitech (LOGI) and CRSR are the best in the sector.

High Risk/High Reward: For those who want to take a little more risk, I have compiled a list of small companies and SPACS with promising growth potential. Do your own due diligence and buy these companies according to your own risk appetite.
